Wyze 47 watch

I tried to use the “find my phone app” but it didn’t work. Does it only work when the Wyze app is open on my phone also?

Also the info has to sync every time?

At least you received your watch… Mine said it was shipped on 3-18 and haven’t gotten it yet nor have I received a straight answer when I’m supposed to get it.

no, but it must be connected ( through Bluetooth) in order to send that signal to the phone. to see if my phone and watch are connected I usually look at my shortcuts on the watch. if they are showing up I know I have connection and the find my phone will work.
