Doorbell pro is a piece of junk. I’ve had mine for over a year and the doorbell camera doesn’t work 80% if the time. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work. DONT BUY!!!

I have had mine since release and have no issues at all with it. Not sure of what trouble shooting steps you have taken,but can you elaborate on what doesn’t work means? In the general sense, I understand, but looking for a bit more details.
Looks like you are using iOS, can you process the following:
- App version you are using
- Doorbell pro firmware version
- Is it wired or battery only?
- Did you reach out to Wyze? If so what did they say?
- Can you also provide th general steps you have taken?
