I don’t understand how some places will literally shut down over a few inches of snow.
Snow, rainstorms, terrorists attacks, we survive it all keep pushing. Cali and Nevada suck it up, throw on the sweater (since you probably don’t have a winter coat) and keep moving.

I think you are talking about dogs. Cats have two speeds (aloof or clingy) and always seem to be in a Cat Trance.

Lol, I’m thinking there may be a difference between a hungry cat and a well-fed cat residing in an overheated domicile. I don’t know from cats, though, as you say. 
Still, if you look at Phelan’s eyes, I think you’d agree they are
