It would be nice if the software on the wireless door would allow you to turn off/on
The battery does not last long and this would allow extending the battery when out of town for extended periods of time.
Also when doing work by the door would allow turning off and not have to go change settings for notifications

When you say that “[t]he battery does not last long”, how long is “long”? What additional information can you share about the battery use you’re seeing with the device and your particular application (where/how it’s mounted, how much activity it sees, how many events it’s generating, etc.)?
If you believe that you’re experiencing abnormally brief battery performance with the device, then I’d be inclined to contact Wyze Support.
Allow doorbell camera to be shut off in doftware
Would be nice if video doorbell camera could be shut off /on within the software
- If working around the door would stop multiple alerts
- Could use to extend the battery life if gone for extended time frame. Battery lasts a couple of monthscould be extended if not on 24/7
