I turned this issue in with my phone app about 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything.
My headphones firmware is 2.1.112.
Problem: The Bluetooth connects to my PC and then immediately disconnects. I’ve tried removing the device, reboot, running Bluetooth troubleshooter, services.msc etc. I’ve even had a Windows update since I turned in the support ticket.
I even unpaired them from my Android phone.
This started happening about 2+ weeks ago. No additional hardware added and my Corsair Bluetooth headphones have no issue connecting.
What am I missing besides a response to my support ticket?
