Why do my Wyze cams do not recognize Spectrum5G internet service??

Um, why would they? They work only on 2.4 GHz WiFi. Does your 5G cellular service connect to a router or modem or access point providing a 2.4 Ghz WiFi signal? (Of course 5G refers to Generation and has nothing to do with 5 Ghz WiFi.)

Welcome to the Wyze community @martinezezn!
All Wyze products currently only work with the 2.4 GHz WIFI band. You may have the 5 and 2.4 combined, so you may need to change this in your router settings. The only exception is the outdoor cameras, the beast can just plug directly into your router or switch.

Are you able to view your cams over WiFi?

Are you located in Spain? Your mobile carrier may be blocking your cam streaming.

Do you have access to a 3G or 4G phone to test? If you can view your cams with a 3G/4G phone, you should call your mobile carrier’s customer support.

Home appliances use the 2.4GHz band over 5GHz because it’s more stable at varying ranges.
