Why are my Wyzecams making annoying clicking noises?

<span style=“color: #000000; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif;”>Maybe similar to another poster noting about clacking noises. Typically, these come when connectivity issue occurs, but the sounds are not loud enough to be be heard anywhere beyond the room where it is placed, so the noise is of no use as an alert. I rely on the Wyze app to determine outages and want to put a stop to the clicking noises. </span>

Is it maybe the noise it makes when the night vision is turned on/off?

That’s the only clicking noises that I notice. Night vision turning on and off, especially when light in the room is changing.

I second night vision. Try changing it from auto to off.

Could also be the SD card being recognized.

I have the cam v2. I have a constant clanking noise heard on ONLY my IPhone app. It just started a few days ago and I’ve the the cam up for a few weeks. It is not coming from the cam. Any ideas of how to make this go away? Thanks!
