I’m a big fan of Neapolitan, hence my profile picture. This summer calls for cold refreshment, what is your favorite?
Similar to yours, but I prefer spumoni.
Pistachio is my favorite.
Licorice is my least favorite. (But was a good antidote after a extremely, but tasty garlic dinner.)
Really good vanilla.
Maybe in a float. But vanilla is so vanilla by itself (IMO).
Truth be told, I don’t have a favorite. I do like a very good vanilla, though.
I am not a big Sweets fan. Typically, at parties I will grab items off the Veggie tray before the Fruit tray.
I am not very picky when I do have a bite of ice cream. Probably only about 7 on this link I would turn down.
Vanilla Bean and Rocky Road.
We need to party @Antonius!, This is my exact go to. It’s the perfect combination.
Used to be a fan of Tillamook, not so much anymore, it’ll do if I can’t find Häagen-Dazs or Baskin-Robbins
If you are ever near the Oregon coast, take tour of the Tillamook Creamery.
Baskin Robbins used to sell a pralines and cream ice cream cake that was really good,
Second choice is vanilla. Not ice cream, but custard. Here is a famous place that has been around a long time. We make the trek often.
That could be another thread, “What is your favorite cheese?”.
My wife likes Harvarti and Gouda.
Smoked Gouda, but I drift.
Blue/bleu/Roquefort is my favorite. MrsG says she won’t smooch me after I eat a piece.
When I was about 16 I worked as a busboy at a classy restaurant. They had a wheel of blue cheese in the freezer that I used to cut a piece off. My mother said the worse a cheese smells the better it tastes. She liked Limburger but not me.
Not sure about cheese, but Tillamook ice cream will now be produced closer to the east coast.
Very good. We have Tillamook in our local grocery store, but the free cheese was nice. I also got to try cheese curds so that was my excitement. I like cheese and ice cream okay, but I don’t consume much of it.
