Hi. Yesterday my neighbor left a Christmas gift at my door, but my camera didn’t record it. What might be the issue? Thanks.

Let’s start off with, what kind of camera? Does it have any form of CamPlus? Does it have a uSD card and how is that set to record? What are your record settings?
