One of my cameras no longer records events. A month ago, I chatted with multiple reps that suggested increasing detection settings, checking for firmware updates, and today I even reset the camera. Still nothing. I have 4 other cameras that work just fine. I have no problem with the live view on that one camera, just the recording. Has anyone else experienced this or have other suggestions?
