Is anyone else having issues with events not recording. Always seems to be after I get home it stops recording events until morning and I have no rules set up. Support chat says to ensure it’s checked in all day but my app does not show me an option for that.
Which camera is this happening on? You have multiple cameras tagged in this topic. Is this cloud events your talking about? And it’s your “detects motion” toggle that keeps toggling off?
I’d make sure that you are connected to the cameras live view before going into the device settings to ensure that the settings are populated correctly.
