This might be a good time to re-share my story on how I got started using Wyze cameras. About 3 years ago there was a creepy guy that would regularly go through my neighborhood close to midnight. I was alerted to him when my dog would bark at him from our upstairs window. He would then go across the street and sit on the curb watching my dog bark at him (see the picture below). Most of the time would be wearing his ski mask too.
My wife asked me to install cameras around our house. I bought one v3 camera to test aiming through a window. As you can see in the picture below I had to experiment with placement to reduce window reflection. With my first v3 aimed at my mailbox, I bought additional v3 cameras to watch my driveway, porch, backyard and a fifth v3 for inside my garage to always be able to make sure the garage door is closed.
After I got my fifth v3, my wife said she feels secure now and 5 cameras might be enough.
I will add he never did anything bad, he was just creepy. Have not seen him for a couple of years so maybe he moved.
