That would normally happen if you have not subscribed to CPL. Follow these steps to see if you are subscribed and if not to subscribe:
- Go to your services page from a computer Wyze Home Monitoring Service
- Check to see if Cam Plus Lite is listed as a subscribed service. If not continue.
- Select Add a Subscription.
- On the next page, go to the bottom and select Cam Plus Lite, then follow the process from there.
- Select a Price or choose Custom and enter an Amount, 0 is acceptable.
- if you put 0 in you will be prompted to see if you can spare $1 per month, it is up to you. Answer Yes or No. The Subscription should be available then.
- Now go back to CPL and add the Camera you would like
