Didn’t even knock on the door and ask to borrow a cup of sugar. Just doing a sniff test to see if you have any goodies. Build it a bird feeder, just ask my brother

Is that enclosure where you keep your garbage cans?

Glad we don’t have bears in Illinois.

Looks familiar. We’ve had two bear visits in less than a week.

I hooked up a 120 db siren in front of the house yesterday and it’s loud. I got it connected to a smart plug so I can activate it from my phone anytime. I’m ready for the next visit.

My neighbors are going to love me.

I turned the Ring cam siren on the other night and it scared it away. But it’s not near as loud as the one I just installed. Lol

We had a black bear migrate through my part of Illinois in the last 2 years. Quite a sight to see!

Both I leave well enough alone. If you have never smelled raw fresh skunk spray, be thankful. My dog got sprayed last year. The smell in the house lasted for a month, and she went through 3 grooming/baths before you could stand being by her.

It was 15F outside, the garden hose was in storage, so we had to bring her in and give her a vinegar bath. Got educated real fast about de-skunking. Lots of tomato sauce/ketchup/old wive’s tales. The tomato smell just covers up the skunk odor. It does not remove it. We can only smell one thing at a time, but dogs can smell many many different scents at once. We had to take her to the vet because after I brushed her, she walked like an AT-AT. $$$ later and we are told she is neurotic. When I brushed her, the smell that was on her fur got disturbed, the odor brought back the skunk encounter.
She is fine now and we have the back yard blocked off so PePe’ can’t get in.

Is the $$$ because you took her to a dog PSYCHIATRIST?

But you do

Just read on the news a bear was sighted in Jefferson County, MO.

It would have to go over the Mississippi to get to Illinois from Jefferson County.

Blood work, stool sample, general checkup. $325.00

Looks neurotic to me.

Lol, probably has some kind of ‘ideation’ not obvious to the lay person.

I’ve only had to deal with nyc Raccoons attempting to eat the colony cat food. Trick is on them, by 8pm all food is taken up and not returned until the morning.

No videos of raccoons, some of the cats getting late night meal.

New York City, it was probably those Woolly Mammoth sized rats with riding saddles that did the food stealing not the innocent :raccoon: :raccoon: s .My clients have stated they have avoided NYC because of to much competition with the Dumpster divers, homeless and the Rats. I was born in N.Y. and live in Ca. so the raccoons only have to compete with the possums and cats.
