Hi There - has anyone experienced their batteries just dying and turning the WCO into a brick?
I have 4 Wyze Camera Outdoor units which I purchased on April 11, 2021. Since then I have had two units batteries fail completely without any possibility of charging them. The first one was several months past its warranty but Wye was good enough to take care of the matter. My second camera died on 2/22/2023 with the exact same cause-battery totally dead. My CAM Plus service is set to renew in a couple weeks for the 3 working units but given my experience with battery failures (50% of them) I am not sure I am comfortable trusting my home to WCO.
Any thoughts or recommendations are greatly appreciated,
