I am also like a bird. Even sometimes horse or dog. And cat.

YouTube suggested that to me within the past day or so, too.
Iām pretty sure people have told me sometimes that Iām like a donkey, only perhaps not in so many words.
Back on topic, one of the Motor City Madmanās songs got stuck in my head a few days ago, but itās probably not appropriate to share here, so Iāll drop this one instead:
One of my dadās bands used to cover that one, which is where I first heard it.
Who/what ignited this, Chester?
Spontaneous combustion? Or something more specific?
Canāt think of a suitable cut at the momentā¦
No particular person or thing in my case. Sometimes I just want change. Sometimes when I feel like Iām juggling several things it might feel a little like this. Right now itās not a specific accelerant.
At least tangentially related to the topic at hand:
And since we might have some in the forecast:
I boosted mine from CNN and tweaked it with remove.bg and GIMP. The sushi looks delicious!
This whole Alan Parsons album, On Air, is excellent. Itās a concept album with a theme of flight (including spaceflight) exploration.
Thatās not the Eric Woolfson vocal Iām accustomed to hearing, but itās nice! I found a playlist for that album and am listening to it now. Thanks for sharing that!
Alan Parsons - I donāt think I have heard their music since the 70ās.
Dudeās been at it for a long time. Iāve always liked the Stereotomy album from the āProjectā. Released under āAlan Parsonsā (not āThe Alan Parsons Projectā), I really like Try Anything Once in addition to On Air.
You are most welcome. I downloaded most of their albums and concerts. They are still big overseas. I have been a fan since someone introduced me to the music in early 1980.
Lately I have enjoyed listening to Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass.
I didnāt realize he married the girl from Sergio Mendez and Brazil 66, which I also enjoy.
I also didnāt realize Herb started A&M records, hence the āAā.
I also didnāt know he made the theme song for the Dating Game.
I also didnāt know he signed āThe Carpentersā and Sergio Mendez and Brazil 66/77/88.
I listened to that whole album/playlist after finding it. I really like that vocalist, and the instrumentation is really tight.
Your mention of ābig overseasā made me think of Level 42. I donāt have any idea of how ābigā they are, but Iāve run across several concert playlists and videos from European venues when looking for music on YouTube. Iāve always enjoyed how layered their music is, and I like Mark Kingās bass work.
For no reason other than this popped into my head a few days ago, hereās some gratuitous (non-Frank) Zappa:
My sister thought she picked an appropriate Judy Collins song for her wedding, She thought the title was āSend in the cloudsā I told her the real title and she thanked me. Nothing like having āSend in the clownsā being played as they were walking back down the aisle.
I went to another wedding where both the bride and groom were well in their ā70s.
One of the songs played was āRide of the Valkyriesā
You are a very good brother.
My father told me a story about a speech his older brother had to give to a group of people. His brother didnāt know how to pronounce āMikadoā and asked my father who was about 10. So my uncle gets up in front of all these people and starts talking about the Mick a doo.
His brother came home hopping mad after embarrassing himself. My dad just said āyou should know better than ask a 10 year oldā
