Iâm actually not sure if I got one or not. I got to the place order page and I clicked it and it seemed to go through but then I got the error page everyone is getting.
In my Wyze account I see no order and I got no confirmation email, but when I log into Amazon Pay, I see a charge from Wyze for the expected amount. So did I get one or not???

Yep, thatâs pretty disheartening. I was able to snag one at the 11:00 opening, and was going through the SLOW checkout process. When it got to pay with Amazon, it went to the âSomething went wrongâ screen. When it finally refreshed, itâs now showing big red Xâs with âSome of the products are out of stockâ, and wonât let me complete my checkout. Grrrrrrrrr.

After 3 hours of an extremely messed up checkout process I would have thought they could have fixed this.
I feel bad. I waited until 11:00 am EST, ordered the car, got an error but cart still showed 1 so clicked cart and finished the order. Used Amazon as payment method. Was charged $5.99 for shipping even though the site said free shipping. This was a lark purchase - just for fun. Had no idea so many of you would have so many issues.
Even though I could get the shipping refunded, I wonât. If I had seen the $17.99 charge I wouldnât have ordered. But I feel bad because my purchase was so easy. Sorry gangđ
This reminds me of the Woot! Random Crap back in the day! I used to snag those all the time. Not so much for the Wyze Car 
Ah well. It was just a fun purchase anyway.

the car i had it in my cart for 3 times one took me to amazon pay but then took me to maintenance site. wow 6 hours waisting my time for this joke from wyze really upset about it.

I had the same thing happen. Iâve composed the following for Wyze, when I can find a place to send it.
I have been a long term supporter of Wyze products. I really like your innovation, and the products are great. Today, I had a really lousy interaction with your company.
I was interested in the Wyze car, as I already have a V2 camera. I tried to order at noon, but I was not fast enough to get an order. It was sold out within 1 second based on the message I received (59 minutes and 59 seconds to the next chance). I tried again at 1, and missed it due to a phone call. At 2, I finally got in and was able to order a car. I went to the checkout page, paid via amazon pay, and started filling in the shipping address information.
*The screen blanked, and a message came up that the page was being âmaintainedâ and would be right back. When I went to the home page, the cart had an icon with a gap in it (where the 1 would normally appear), but when I tried to go to the cart, it gave me the maintenance message again. *
I opened a new instance of the Wyze website, and the shopping cart icon had a 1 in it, but when I went to the cart page, it went directly to the maintenance message. When I went back to the first instance, the cart now had a 1 in it. I hit proceed to checkout, and this time it went to the shopping cart page, but there were big red blocks with an x, indicating out of stock.
My order page shows nothing.
The Chat helpbot was of no use.
Now, I logged into my account on the first instance and there is no order. But the cart icon shows a 1 again. I clicked on it, and again I get an out of stock message.
Altogether a terrible experience, completely out of character for you folks.

My, so called âOrderâ has been waiting in the checkout page for over 30 minutes. They should have anticipated this kind of customer response and arranged their server house prior to the sale.

Had a similar failure but after try trying Amazon Pay the previous hour tried PAYPAL the next hour and still no luck. Checkout process never redirected to PAYPAL. Terrible, just terrible.
