Can I only view my web cam on my app or is there a way to watch it on my pc ?
Natively, only on a phone. However there are android emulators that can be run on a PC. Also with V2 and Pan cameras you can flash RTSP firmware and then use any one of many PC applications to watch a streaming feed. Some time in the future, RTSP is expected to be available for the V3 cameras as well.
