You can’t without emulating Android or iOS ATM (The new Macs with ‘M’ CPUs are the closest to native emulation ATM).

The other option is to flash the cameras with the Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP), and then lots of things can monitor them. However RTSP firmware is not yet available for V3 cameras.
