How to I change match the time in the View Playback with the time stamp? For example the video shows 10:41:27 and the scroll bar in the View Playback has the red line on 09:41.

Try forcing close of the Wyze app and reopening it.
If that doesn’t work, try the “sync time” under advanced settings for the camera.

Advanced settings sync time worked. The time stamp in the video now matches the time on the scroll. Thank you.

Which the heck time stamp is correct, the one in the video, or the one on the scroll list in the app? My neighbor’s car was stolen and I need to know what the correct time was. I am positive I have synced the time in the past on these cameras multiple times, these were V3 cameras.
