I have an issue with not being able to enable (check the box) for AI Video Search on my doorbell camera. To me this one would be one of the more important ones that this feature be working on. It did work for sometime but now whenever I try checking that box, it automatically unchecks it saying something is wrong with the settings. I’ve been communicating with support and although they are trying to help, nobody has any explanations or better still fixes for it.
