My Ai search never pulls anything up, even when I search for things that were specifically in my ai descriptive notifications. I don’t “over do it” on the search bar either. I will literally search “yellow” or “car” and it does not pull anything up at all. Will someone help me, please? I have a Wyze V4, if that helps any.
First, confirm you are subscribed to Cam Unlimited Pro, not just Cam Unlimited. Go to the Account Tab → Services → See what Service it lists
If you confirm you have the pro version showing:
Go to the account tab → Wyze Intelligence → Video Search
Make sure your camera has a check mark on the right side under the “Enable” column. If not, adding the checkmark there should fix it going forward (you won’t be able to search past events before you check it though, only new ones from now on). If it was already checked, then go back to the home screen, open up your camera go into settings and click on the “Reset Services” button.
This should reset it so future AI videos will be searchable.
If it’s still not working, I highly recommend contacting support so they can have an Engineer look into it for you.
