Video Doorbell Thumbnails on Android and Wear OS

Hi, I have two questions relating to a Wyze Video Doorbell v1 and a Pixel phone and watch.

  1. On my phone (a Pixel 10), the event notification shows that it’s a GIF in the top left corner, with a play icon in the middle. Is it normal that the play icon doesn’t actually play an animated GIF? It just shows “loading…” then does nothing.

  2. On my pixel watch, when there’s a notification for my indoor Pan Cam, it shows a thumbnail, but there’s no notification for the doorbell (which I care about more). Is there any way to fix this to see a thumbnail?

Have you tried restarting your Pixel Watch?

I have a Pixel Watch 4 and sometimes my Google Wallet does not show a thumbnail of my credit card. Restarting helped.

“press and hold the crown, then select “Restart”.
