Video Doorbell Disconnected and Pink Video

So my doorbell constantly goes offline, my router is located less than 5 feet away. Cut the power let it sit for 30 second bring back online some times it come back some times it does not. Regardless keep happening, thought that maybe it would just come back but it stayed offline for over a week.

I have had to reset it several times as well. I reset it today again and when it does connect it seems like all of the video is pink tint.

Firmware claims to be up to date.

I love and own several Wyze products but the Doorbell has been less than an ideal experience.

Basically the individual did FW Update and then it seemed to clear up. But the best thing is to contact Wyze Support as this could be a defective product.
