I moved, and when I went to set up my cameras, one was normal, while the other displayed a pink hue. No matter what it is pointed at, it is pink. Help! ![]()
Pink can mean a Wyze camera is stuck in Night Vision mode.
- Try going in the Wyze App and toggle Night Vision Off, Auto, On a few times.
- You can also try gently tapping the camera on a hard surface.
Please report back if your camera is working correctly or still Pink.

You didn’t mention which camera(s) you’re using, but what you’re describing is generally a sign of a stuck IR filter. Things you can try:
- Reboot the camera. When you power cycle your camera or use the Restart button in Settings, you typically hear a “click” from the IR filter cycling during the boot process.
- Navigate to the Night Vision Mode section of settings and select On and/or Off before switching back to Auto or whatever option you were using before.
- Gently but briskly tap around the side of the side of the camera to see if you can get the filter to un-stick.
- Move a magnet around the camera, like what a Reddit user demonstrated several years ago.

It is working now! Whew. I unplugged it, plugged it into another outlet, and voila! Picture perfect! Joey, my marmoset monkey, and I thank thee!
P.S. I believe it is a 3 version - I bought it a couple of years ago. Looking into more products to keep my eye on him. ![]()
