The reason this happens is because of the way the AI currently works, when motion is detected the video is sent to the cloud and a snapshot analyzed for objects, so it only knows there is a vehicle there, it cannot tell if it is moving or stationary. They are currently working on giving it the ability to tell between stationary and moving objects and are aiming for late this year or early next year to roll that out.
