OK, so I’m editing my videos from my V3 when I notice that I am not getting correlation between the time stamp and times on files.
Example: I am now looking at a record folder from 03/03/22 on a newly removed SD card.
The Date Modified, Date Created, and Content Created times all currently show 3/3/2022 2:01 PM for the 00.mp4. The time stamp showing in the video is 09:00, or 9:00 AM. So, I see that it is five hours in the “Future”, which click with a brain cell that knows that my time zone is GM -5. So, it looks like my file dates are being created on GM and not EST. I have not noticed this before. I am running on Android devices and Windows 10 PC. What’s up ?
Hi, did your ISP help you with the problem? I have the same issue but my ISP don’t know how to solve it.
Eventually they did get it sorted out. They never contacted me about my support ticket being closed, so I doubt the local isp tech I talked to even knows it happened.
I had this same problem and found a solution. I have an iPhone and V3 Pan cameras. Sync would show success but then wouldn’t change. I went into settings and changed from “Set Automatically” for time/date to setting manually to my city/time zone. Then went and did the sync time on all of them and it worked instantly. Not sure what the disconnect is, or if it’s because of a server in another time zone etc, but this fixed it.
