Do I need a special plug to power my v2 floodlight camera?

All the wyze floodlights are directly wired into your house. The floodlight has 2 or 3 wires on the back, positive, negative, and (maybe) ground. These will be connected to the ones inside your junction box on your house.
If you want to plug it into a normal outlet you can use a homemade adapter (cut extension cord connected to the floodlight), but you should be sure you know what your doing if you do this especially since it can be dangerous.
If your unsure please hire an electrician.
