For some reason my payment didn’t process. I only found out by accident, when I noticed the cam I had on my litter box wasn’t sending notifications. The app said I had 3 days left of a grace period to fix it. Logged into the website to add a new card, it said new card would be charged within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. Went on live chat and the imbecile there said I needed to use a different browser or incognito window. How was that going to get their computer to charge the card. I said “you have to push it through”, she said “we can’t do that, repeated the different browser nonsense, and disconnected. So I called. Waited on hold. The moment I said I have a payment issue, the non English speaking person hung up on me. That is no way to run a business.
