Unfulfilled order

I have an order that I paid for but has been sitting for months as unfulfilled. What is going on with this? I have failed to find a way to easily contact support about this without calling them. I don’t have time for a call, I have time to submit a ticket, like most people. This is my first negative experience with Wyze, been a customer (huge fan) from the beginning.

Human, that would be a nice command to list. I wasted so much time looking for a way to reach a human without calling. Thank you.
