What does it take to get a response from support

Here’s my issue:

What’s going on with my shipment. The product (Vacuum) was supposed to be delivered last Friday. That date was missed. You then sent a message that it would be delivered yesterday. It was not delivered yet. Today I went to FedEx’s website and they say it’s being scheduled for delivery. It has been in Sacramento California, 15 miles from my home, since August 28th. This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had. If you value my business please get this issue resolved.

I have sent this to support but no response so far!

you could always give them a call. but there will be a three day weekend ( because of Labor Day) so you’ll have to call today :slight_smile:
