I have a Cam Plus unlimited subscription good through March 2024. As of a few days ago, I cannot select ANY cam plus event filters. On the Events page itself, the cam plus “People” icon is there, but it cannot be selected either. I have signed out, closed and then ended the task and cleared cache within Android settings, reopened and signed back in, to no avail. No other apps have been added. Wyze app version: 2.44.1 (326) Android version: 12 What’s the scoop?

Others are experiencing this problem too. Here is more info on this thread. This is why I am staying on Android App 2.43 for now. [image] Wyze app hotfix - Released 8/3/2023 Wyze News We have a hotfix going out for the 2.44 app that fixes the inability to view individual cameras from camera groups, an app crash, and missing audio when holding the Speak button on iOS. Thank you for your patience. Read our Release Notes: notebook [August 3 Hotfix]

Welcome to the Wyze User Community Forum @VVyze1! :man_raising_hand: I cannot replicate what you are experiencing. Mainly because I found 2.44 to be completely unusable and have reverted back to 2.43.5.313 from both the initial public release and the Hotfix release. If you are not prepared to revert, you still may be able to set these filters manually until Wyze fixes the update by using the Filter Selection UI page by tapping the Funnel icon in the upper right. EDIT: Per @ohheygary below, Filter Selection UI is also unusable.

I too have this issue and it seems to be after the update on 8/3. I am on the latest version 2.44.1.326 I have gone as far as reinstalling the app, deleted all of my cameras and set up as new devices. Still cannot select any filters. I have sent in a support ticket as well, not sure where that will go. Urgently need this issue resolved.

You cannot even select the filters manually except for motion and sound, here is a screen recording video of the issue: [August 5, 2023]

Welcome to the Wyze User Community Forum @ohheygary! :man_raising_hand: I reverted back so I can’t get to that. But I will note that so I don’t suggest it again. Edited my post above. There are only 2 options. Revert back or wait for the next update.

Unfortunately I don’t believe you can downgrade an app update on Android. There does not seem to be an option, other than an older version from a third party site. Hoping for a fix really soon.

[image] ohheygary: I don’t believe you can downgrade an app update on Android. Yep. I do it all the time when an update goes south. I have done it four times with 2.44. Twice with each update. Go to APK Mirror, download the APK file for the version you want. Don’t download the bundle package one because that needs the APK Mirror installer which you can also get… Unless your OS won’t let you launch APKs from your file browser. I use a 3rd party File System Manager w\ full permission. Uninstall the current Wyze App. Go to your file browser Downloads folder. Click the APK. Give your OS Permission to run APK installs. Let it install. [Screenshot_20230805_200255] [image] Wyze - Make Your Home Smarter 2.43.5.313 APK Download by Wyze Labs Inc. -... I like to use ES File Explorer to backup a APK file of an App version I like. If I need to roll back I already have an APK file on my device. It does display Ads, but I only use ES to make a APK file [How to: Save apk file of any installed application- Easy and simple steps!]

Interesting. I just tried it and having no problems selecting camera and / or event type filters.

It seems like it is only affecting specific OS build versions like the Live Stream Load was.
