Unable to Cancel Order that hasn't shipped

I pre-ordered one of the new Outdoor bundles. Based on all of the negative reviews I’ve seen about short battery life and other issues I’d like to cancel my order. I logged into the website, the “Cancel” button is still showing so I assume my order hasn’t shipped. I click on the button, give my reason, and get a message back saying that this order can’t be automatically cancelled and to contact support. Yet I can’t find any way to contact support directly.

Same here when I tried to cancel my preordered Wyze Watch which seems to be having production issues.
