how can I cancel a pre-order? I when to my account and clicked on cancel and it gives me an error"UNABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT." I can’t find any numbers or email address

Phone is more reliable and faster in most cases. Email is convenient (but not immediate…sometimes responses take a while), Chat isn’t always available, but I love it when it is an option.
