When I access either of my two video doorbells (original) I see the attached image. Then when I go back to the Home Screen and access again right away they work as expected. Has anybody ever seen such a strange thing?
Search the forums. I have seen this topic mentioned a few times.

That looks like a placeholder image (from a previous capture?) while waiting for the stream to start, and deliberately blurred to catch your attention.
I considered that but the image is nothing like those cameras view plus they both show this same image even though they are on two separate doors.
Could be just any image. At any rate, there’s no stream to display at 0 bytes.
Which doorbell model is this? It’s possible that power saving is on and it takes time for the connection to start.
Same thing with my V1. The placeholder image has nothing to do with your doorbell view.
Wish they would fix this though. When someone is at the door, I have to view the doorbell, back out and view it again in order to see a live image.
Interesting that this only started after the big app update last summer. When I asked Wyze tech support about it they were clueless. Of course they suggested that I simply replace both doorbells.
