Tutorials i skipped after setup

Hello

After setting up camera it offered a tutorial.

I skipped them, how and where can I find them

Ty everyone who responded.

I have found what I was looking for

One was for groups second one is animation third is sharing.

Welcome to the forum. What camera did you set up?

You can find information on cameras here, pick your flavor. If it is a plug in cam tap on wired cams.

As an Android user you should be able to reset the app so that you can see the on-screen tutorials again if you really want to do that. Note that this will require you to re-authenticate to the app, meaning that you’ll need your Wyze account password and access to your 2FA token (assuming you haven’t disabled 2FA). You can do this:

  1. Long-press the Wyze app icon in your launcher (phone’s home screen or app tray).
  2. Tap  App info in the pop-up menu.
  3. Tap  Force stop and confirm the action.
  4. Tap Storage & cache.
  5. Tap  Clear storage and confirm the action.
  6. Launch the Wyze app and sign in again.

That should allow you to see the in-app tutorials again once you log in, and the first time you hit each camera’s Live Stream screen, you should also see its tutorial.

ive always like this gentlemans videos because he walks you through the app as well usually

I like his videos, too. Good call. :+1:

To me he always seems quick, but I often watch YouTube videos at 1.25× or 1.5× speed. :grin:

Kyle’s unboxing videos tend to show app walk-throughs, too:

I didn’t see an official unboxing video for Video Doorbell v2. :man_shrugging:

I think @ShopRag’s question was about the in-app tutorials for the on-screen controls (like some of the overlays and how to navigate the app and certain features), but these kinds of walk-throughs can be helpful, too. :+1:
