i know to check settings gear, but i dont see a toggle for turning off autolock. . I see Name, Acess and Sharing, Device info (not in there), and Wyze Suppot. Help!

How to Turn Off Auto-Lock on Wyze Lock Bolt v2

  • Open the Wyze app and go to your Wyze Lock Bolt v2 settings.
  • Tap on Auto-Lock.
  • Toggle the Auto-Lock switch to OFF. The toggle will no longer be green when disabled.

This will prevent your Wyze Lock Bolt v2 from automatically locking after a set time.

yah, auto lock doesn’t appear in settings

Has the lock been shared with you?

Can you provide a screen shot of the Lock Settings Screen. Like @StopICU33 , I see the Auto-Lock option on the main settings screen for the Lock Bolt V2

ok thats weird-i had locked installed yesterday-but auto lock only appeared today in settings-problem solved…
