so I have two cameras on the free plan that work excellent and have for years. I bought a third v3 camera and added it. I can use to the new camera for viewing and the visual is fine. However, when it records motion or people it just leaves a gray space and won’t playback the video. The other two cameras are still recording great. Deleted camera #3 and re-installed, but same-same. Any ideas? Do I have to pay for the third one for it to work?
Are you referring to playing back from uSD card recordings, or cloud based events (on the Events tab?
