While inquiring about the alarm with support I was told that when I was NOT in test mode that if I was out of my house and and noticed something untoward on one of my cams on my phone app that I was able to escalate it manually to an alarm. When I enable the monitoring feature I can not find any way to do this. I don’t see any additional options available. So my question is, does anyone know how to use this feature?
Well I figured it out! Almost the same looking icon that’s on the home page for stopping notifications is the emergency button on the HMS page. I do hope in a future software release they make that button turn red when not in test mode.
