Short of that, your best bet may be to manually turn off that camera’s notifications in its settings (or at Account ➜ Notifications ➜ Push Notifications ➜ Devices) or, if it’s a frequent enough occurrence, maybe create a couple of Shortcut Automations to toggle notifications off and on for that one camera.
