Thanks for the responses folks. After speaking to support, they are sending me a new camera. But I didn’t think this was the issue. I suspected that it is an android version issue as @sshonweb mentioned.
So I tried the app on my iPad (iOS) with the “problematic” camera, and it seems to be working.
Looking at past posts, this issue has been recurring few times. Not sure why they haven’t looked into it.
