Time format

Hello, I recently noticed on my parents account that on the events section of the camera liveview page is using different time formats for different cameras.

I have the same cameras and my events are all in standard time.

Is there a setting I can change to make these consistent?

The pictures below are from a Video Doorbell Pro and a Floodlight Pro

Probably because programmer turnover at Wyze is bad and each one does his own thing. :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

All of my events are shown in 24 - hour time. I have all my iOS devices set to a 24 -Hour time. Settings, General>Date and Time. All the cameras were set up with devices set for 24-Hour time ?

This is specifically only happening on the events section of the liveview. The timestamp on the video is 24 hour time.

I am personally an Android user but my parents have iOS. So I don’t know too much about iOS devices. Trying to help them the best I can.

Ideally they’d like the events to show in a 12 hour time format. Most of the events pop up that way but a few are in 24 hour time.

Anyone have idea what would cause this difference?

Anything after Noon will be in a 24-Hour format if their device is set for 24 hour clock.

Their device is set to a 12 hour format

I’m out of ideas since all of my cameras have been on 24-Hour time for over four years.

I appreciate you replying and trying to be helpful! Maybe it’s just a glitch that’ll be fixed in a update…

Yeah, that happens eventually .. but it seems every fix has an accompanying bug or something. It’s because they only test the fix itself and don’t test its side-effects.

There definitely seems to be a lot more bugs as of late. Not sure what the quality control team is doing in regards to these updates.

I doubt that there is a quality control team at Wyze. They have outsourced it to us, the users
