Does anyone know how to reset time on camera to current time ? Also why is it when switching from “events” to “live” screen freezes?? Any input anyone?
For the freeze when you switch from Events back to Live, I’d start by making sure the Wyze app and the camera firmware are both on the latest version, then force close the app and open it again. If it keeps freezing, check whether it happens on both Wi-Fi and cellular. Either way, submitting a log from the app’s help section right after it freezes and posting the log number here gives Wyze something concrete to look at.
