Still unsolved in 2023…
I’ve had other issues with Wyze products being completely unreliable and no support or improvements for the issues I’ve had. Nothing but wasted money on their products, even though I’ve tried to work through the issues.
The only Wyze products that will remain in my home are those nightlights. The ONLY reason they still work correctly… is because they are NOT SMART! 
Not to mention, when using the Wyze thermostat… out bills went up dramatically. I have to turn it off and on like a normal one… which defeats the purpose of its design.
Switching back to a basic Honeywell Home this weekend.
