After the wyze update on Android
The power of the thermostat goes off and the thermostat is blank/black at a certain time then it goes on at a certain time. This problem started after the wyze app. Helppppp. How to correct it

I have gone to the fuse box turned off the AC cover and the heat power and still nothing.

Pls note it turns off automatically at a certain time and it turns on automatically at a certain time at night

When the screen goes dark, does your AC/Heating unit stop working?

Does the thermo device show as disconnected in the Wyze App?

I ask because the Thermo screen does time out, which turns the screen off when no motion is detected. Then when the thermo detects motion, it turns the screen back on.

There is no option to control this in the app as I recall.

I dont care about looks i care about it working
