Having issues with my Thermostat not coming on when it should. I have the home preference to 71 and a schedule to go from sleep to home at 5:15 a.m. and a sleep at 11:30 p.m. . Issue is that all during the day the temperature drops but the heat does not come on. I’ve figured out the only way to get it to come on is to change the state on the thermostat from Home/Away back to Home. The heat comes on and usually goes up, but not to the temperature I set. I usually have to do this a couple of times to get it to the temperature I need. Sometimes it works all day with no issues. Wife is very upset. Please help.
