So got the new wyze thermostat from the pre-order back in October last week. Hooked it up but running into issues where A. it constantly shows the house is at 32 degrees and B. when it kicks on it doesn’t heat up. We have a heat only system. All wires are connected. I have already tried resetting the thermostat and added it back in as new but still shows it being 32 degrees. Anyone else run into this issue? Do I need a new one? Ive already contacted Wyze but wont hear back until Monday since its the holiday weekend.
