The worst customer service I've ever experienced

@habib Well I’ve always been of the mind that if something’s broken it’s got 100% potential to be fixed. Even disposable cheap cameras. Someone made those ribbon cables and by God someone sells them. @grapefruityoda sent me a video or 3 with some info on where to get them possibly. It would just be nice if Wyze would at least point me in the right direction seeing as they have all that information but that’s obviously asking too much from their support team. Not only that but I was just coming up in a subscription renewal and they were offering the cam plus unlimited for $89 a year I missed my renewal date by 1 day and they charged me for the whole year on a camera I wanted to upgrade to the cam plus package and they refused to credit what they already charged me and let me pay the balance for the cam plus package. Nothing but a few keystrokes to them and they get more money out the deal. That’s a win win no brainer but they refused and wanted to charge me for both. That’s not poor customer service that’s just being [Mod Edit]! Hence the title of our little chat forum here

You can say they’ve made an enemy out of a customer that would have went to bat for them ride for the brand, whatever name you want to put on it. Now I wouldn’t [Mod Edit] on em if they were on fire.. Regardless of what they think there there are more ways to save view and manipulate their cameras than there piddly service.
