So I have 4 OG and 2 pan. I was always able to run to windows at one time and no problem , but now since the firmware my cameras freeze all the time and can not have 2!windows open w o freezing . Also now u have to see the but to na or the control panel before u could close it and all I saw was live video and history . I accidentally always hit the siren

If you’re seeking assistance with an issue and believe that your problem is related to an update, then it’s always helpful to include the app and firmware versions you’re using for the devices that are causing problems.
