Customer Support has been unable to resolve my issue, as documented in this thread.
Cam Plus Live View Events are only 3 seconds, not the minimum 12 seconds - Services & Integrations - Wyze Forum
I started with case number 4382789 on June 4 2025, and it was changed to 4385129 on June 7.

On July 7 I received an email from CS essentially closing the case, even though my problem had never been fixed.
Here is what CS said .. “This request will now be closed as we are unable to offer any further troubleshooting.”

I replied to CS that my problem was still not fixed, and they started over with all their troubling shooting steps again.
So I have given up on Customer Support. I will no longer respond to Customer Support as it is just a waste of time and energy.

This is a great initiative! It’s always helpful to hear real feedback from other users, and it’s a nice way to recognize the support team’s hard work. I’ll definitely share my experience soon, thanks for encouraging open communication!

That’s my not so great experience. You seem to only be sharing positive ones that make you look good.

We are relaying the good ones, but if others have experiences like the one you posted I am glad to see them posted so I can look into them. If you have your ticket number so I can look into it I will gladly do that.

The agent was thoughtful, patient and very well informed. He helped me work through multiple issues and taught me a lot about how to use my Wyse cameras.

OG owners like me continue to have problems with Cam Live Events only playing 3 seconds, as described in this thread.
It would be nice if someone from Wise acknowledged there is a problem and someone is working to fix it.

Having trouble contacting Live Support by phone. Chatting produces a query about the nature of my problem, but then closes the chat and does not permit me to answer. Phone calls that are answered report no one is available and to call back later. Has anyone received Live Help recently? They used to be responsive and knowledgeable.

Hi @rickvan09 can you let me know what number you called? Did you get far enough to get a ticket number? What time did you call?

Support Hours are Monday - Friday 6am-6pm PT and Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm PT

Edit: I brought this to the Support Teams attention and upon investigation they did find an issue with some incoming calls and are working to resolve it now. We apologize for the frustration it caused.
